Welcome to Pulse for Nurses. These terms govern your use of pulsefornurses.com (the “Site”), a free nursing-education portal operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site provides
The Site offers free educational resources for nurses and nursing students: practice tests and preparation material for NCLEX-RN, IELTS, and BNMC RN licensing; guidance on Bangladesh nursing admissions (MSN, Post Basic); complete academic programme content; study tools such as calculators, quick references, an AI study tutor, and a CV builder; and career information. Some features require an account.
Educational use only
Everything on the Site is provided for education and exam preparation. It is not medical, clinical, legal, or immigration advice, and it must never be used to guide patient care. Always follow your institution’s protocols, and verify licensing, admission, and credentialing requirements with the official bodies concerned (such as BNMC, NCSBN, or the relevant credentialing agency), as their rules change. We do not guarantee any exam result, admission, license, or employment outcome. AI-generated feedback, including IELTS band estimates, is a practice aid and is not an official score.
Your account
You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, republish, or sell Site content or question banks;
- use the Site to cheat on, or facilitate cheating on, any actual examination;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, probe its security, or access other users’ data;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content — questions, explanations, guides, design, and branding — belongs to Pulse for Nurses or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial study. Documents you create with our tools, such as a CV, are yours.
Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services, including Google (sign-in, analytics), Supabase (accounts and data), and Cloudflare (delivery), and links to external sites such as Facebook and YouTube. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep content accurate and current, we cannot promise it is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse for Nurses is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site; our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site, which is zero for free features.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
